The Event Operations Specialist is responsible for the development and maintenance of comprehensive event related documentation, including policies, procedures, and event manuals. This role also involves assisting with client planning calls, coordinating calendars, and building event timelines to ensure smooth communication and planning. The Specialist will work closely with internal teams to create standardized, clear, and accurate documentation for both new and existing clients. Additionally, the Specialist will be responsible for entering and maintaining accurate data within the company’s database.
We’re looking for a passionate programmer with a knack for problem-solving and a desire to push boundaries to join our diverse team! In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our product and company websites. You’ll also work on creating and utilizing third-party APIs, contributing to projects that have a global impact.
